Welcome to ADMN! Before accessing our Services, please read these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Deploy 2K LLC ("ADMN," "we," "us," or "our") and you, whether as an individual or representing an organization ("Customer" or "you"). They govern your use of ADMN's AI-powered system administration services, including our web platform, API, and any related tools, documentation, and services (the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms, including our Usage Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Who We Are

ADMN is an AI-powered system administration company working to build reliable, secure, and efficient server management solutions. We provide AI agents that can connect to your servers via SSH and perform complex system administration tasks through natural language commands.

2. Account Creation and Access

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required to consent to use the Services in your location, whichever is higher.

Your ADMN Account: To access our Services, you must create an Account. You agree to provide correct, current, and complete Account information and allow us to use it to communicate with you about our Services.

Account Types: We offer Services for both individual and business use. Individual accounts are for personal system administration needs, while business accounts may be used for commercial purposes including managing client servers and infrastructure.

Business Domain Accounts: If you use an email address owned by your employer or organization, your Account may be linked to the organization's ADMN business account, and the organization's administrator may be able to monitor and control the Account, including having access to Commands and Server Actions. We will provide notice before linking your Account to an organization's business account.

You may not share your Account login information, API keys, SSH credentials, or Account credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Account, and you agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access by emailing [email protected].

You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

3. Use of Our Services

You may access and use our Services only in compliance with these Terms, including our Usage Policy, and any guidelines or supplemental terms we may post on the Services. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, ADMN gives you permission to use the Services, including to manage your servers and infrastructure using our AI agents.

SSH Access and Server Management

Our Services require SSH access to your servers to perform system administration tasks. By providing SSH credentials, you grant us permission to connect to and manage your servers as directed by your commands. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant such access.

You acknowledge that our AI agents will execute commands on your servers based on your instructions, and you are fully responsible for the consequences of such commands.

Prohibited Uses

You may not access or use, or help another person to access or use, our Services in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Develops any products or services that compete with our Services, including training competing AI models
• Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Services
• Uses our Services to gain unauthorized access to systems not owned by you
• Infringes, misappropriates, or violates intellectual property or other legal rights
• Accesses the Services through automated means except as explicitly permitted
• Abuses, harms, interferes with, or disrupts our Services
• Violates our Usage Policy (detailed below)

4. Commands, Outputs, and Server Actions

Commands: You may interact with our Services by providing natural language commands ("Commands" or "Inputs") that instruct our AI agents on system administration tasks to perform.

Outputs and Actions: Our Services generate responses ("Outputs") and perform actions on your servers ("Server Actions") based on your Commands. Commands, Outputs, and Server Actions are collectively "Materials."

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for all Commands you submit and all Server Actions performed. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary for us to process the Commands and perform Server Actions.

Ownership: As between you and ADMN, you retain all rights to your Commands and own the Outputs, subject to your compliance with these Terms. We assign to you all of our right, title, and interest in Outputs.

Reliance on Outputs and Server Actions: AI and large language models are still improving technologies. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Outputs may not always be accurate and may contain material inaccuracies
• Server Actions may not be error-free or operate as intended
• You should not rely on any Outputs or Server Actions without independent verification
• You should review and understand commands before execution, especially destructive operations

5. Feedback

We appreciate feedback, including ideas and suggestions for improvement or rating an Output in response to a Command ("Feedback"). If you rate an Output—for example, by using thumbs up/thumbs down icons—we will store the related session as part of your Feedback.

You have no obligation to give us Feedback, but if you do, you agree that we may use the Feedback however we choose without any obligation or payment to you. We may use your Commands and Outputs to train our AI models and improve our Services, unless you opt out through your account settings.

6. Usage Policy

Our Usage Policy applies to all users and use cases. We will update our policy as our technology and associated risks evolve.

Universal Usage Standards

Do Not Violate Applicable Laws: Do not use our Services to acquire illegal substances, engage in human trafficking, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Do Not Compromise Critical Infrastructure: Do not use our Services to facilitate destruction or disruption of critical infrastructure such as power grids, water treatment facilities, medical devices, or telecommunication networks without proper authorization.

Do Not Compromise Computer or Network Systems: Do not use our Services to discover vulnerabilities, gain unauthorized access, create malware, develop denial-of-service attacks, or bypass security controls without proper authorization.

Do Not Develop or Design Weapons: Do not use our Services to produce, modify, design, or acquire weapons, explosives, dangerous materials, or other systems designed to cause harm.

Do Not Incite Violence or Hateful Behavior: Do not use our Services to incite violent extremism, terrorism, hateful behavior, or discriminatory practices.

Do Not Compromise Privacy or Identity Rights: Do not use our Services to violate privacy rights, misuse private information, or impersonate humans or other entities.

Do Not Create or Spread Misinformation: Do not use our Services to create or disseminate deceptive or misleading information.

Do Not Engage in Fraudulent or Abusive Practices: Do not use our Services to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, counterfeit goods, or other deceptive practices.

Do Not Abuse Our Platform: Do not coordinate malicious activity, circumvent bans, access Services in violation of regional restrictions, or attempt to bypass our safeguards.

Do Not Use for Prohibited Law Enforcement or Surveillance: Do not use our Services to make criminal justice determinations, track individuals without consent, assign social credit scores, build biometric categorization systems, or engage in facial recognition for law enforcement without proper authorization.

Do Not Compromise Children's Safety: Do not use our Services to create, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material, facilitate trafficking or exploitation of minors, or engage in any form of child abuse.

Do Not Create Psychologically Harmful Content: Do not use our Services to facilitate suicide or self-harm, promote unhealthy body standards, coordinate harassment, or create content depicting animal cruelty or graphic violence.

Do Not Undermine Democratic Processes: Do not use our Services for personalized political targeting, creating artificial political movements, generating misleading political content, or interfering with electoral processes.

Do Not Generate Sexually Explicit Content: Do not use our Services to create sexually explicit content, facilitate adult services, or engage in erotic interactions.

High-Risk Use Case Requirements

For certain high-risk use cases that pose elevated risk of harm, we require additional safety measures:

Human-in-the-loop: When using our Services for critical system operations, production server management, or decisions affecting system availability, a qualified professional must review the commands and actions.

Disclosure: If you provide system administration services to third parties using our AI agents, you must disclose that you are using AI assistance.

7. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

Subscription Plans: We offer multiple subscription plans to meet different system administration needs:

• Base Plan ($20/month): For occasional system administration with 5 simultaneous SSH sessions and standard AI token allocation
• 5X Base Plan ($100/month): For frequent system administration with 25 simultaneous SSH sessions and 5X AI token allocation
• 10X Base Plan ($200/month): For full-time system administration with 50 simultaneous SSH sessions and 10X AI token allocation

Fees and Billing: You are responsible for paying applicable subscription fees as listed on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Method: You must provide complete and accurate billing information. You agree that we may charge your Payment Method for any applicable fees and taxes on a monthly basis.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew for successive monthly periods unless you cancel. Your Payment Method will be charged for each renewal period until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid charges for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Fee Changes: We may increase subscription fees with 30 days' notice. You agree to fee increases unless you cancel before they take effect.

Regional Cancellation Rights: If you are a resident of Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, or Taiwan, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 7 days of signing up without giving a reason. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise this right.

8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Third-Party AI Providers: Our Services rely on third-party AI providers to power our system administration agents. The availability and performance of our Services may be affected by these external dependencies. We carefully select AI providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards, but we cannot guarantee their availability or performance.

Service Dependencies: You acknowledge that our Services depend on third-party AI providers, and temporary service interruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative AI providers when possible.

Other Third-Party Services: Our Services may integrate with other third-party services, tools, or content. We do not control or accept responsibility for any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services are owned by us and our affiliates, licensors, and service providers. We retain all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, in the Services. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties may share confidential information. Your Commands, server data, and system configurations are your Confidential Information. Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information with the same care used for its own confidential information, and with no less than reasonable care.

11. Termination and Suspension

Termination: Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately if we reasonably believe continued service provision is prohibited by law or if you materially breach these Terms.

Suspension: We may suspend your access if we reasonably believe there is a security risk, you are violating these Terms, or our provision of Services is prohibited by law.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you may no longer access the Services. We may delete data associated with your Account. Payment obligations and confidentiality provisions survive termination.

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

Each party represents and warrants that it is authorized to enter into these Terms and that doing so will not violate its obligations.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS OR $100.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14. Indemnification

Your Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADMN from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, your Commands or Server Actions, violation of applicable law or third-party rights, and any fraud or misconduct.

Our Indemnification: We will defend you against third-party claims that your authorized use of the Services infringes intellectual property rights, subject to exclusions for your modifications, combinations with other technology, or misuse of the Services.

15. Disputes

Informal Resolution: Before formal proceedings, parties must attempt to resolve disputes informally for 45 days after written notice.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes not resolved through arbitration will be resolved exclusively in federal or state courts in San Francisco, California.

16. General Terms

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice, except for changes required by law which take effect immediately.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect other provisions.

Export Controls: You may not export or provide access to the Services to embargoed countries or restricted parties under U.S. or international law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.

Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Notices: All notices under these Terms must be in writing. Notices to you may be delivered electronically to your account email address. Notices to us should be sent to [email protected].

17. Additional Provisions

Data Processing

Data submitted through the Services will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreements.

Regional Compliance

Our Services are subject to regional availability and compliance requirements. We may restrict access to certain features or Services based on your location to comply with applicable laws.

Software and Updates

We may offer manual or automatic updates to our software, including our applications, without advance notice. Our software may include open source components governed by separate license terms.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these Terms or our Usage Policy using algorithmic and human review. You can appeal any content moderation decisions by contacting our support team.

Additional Cancellation Rights

If you are a resident of Brazil, Mexico, South Korea, or Taiwan, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 7 days of entering into the subscription without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the cancellation period expires.

U.S. Government Use

The Services were developed solely at private expense and are commercial computer software within the meaning of applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations. U.S. Government users will have only those rights granted to all other end users pursuant to these Terms.

Additional Use Case Guidelines

Certain use cases require additional compliance:

• Automated Systems: Any consumer-facing automated systems using our Services must disclose to users that they are interacting with AI rather than humans.
• Agentic Use: When using our Services for autonomous agent operations, you remain responsible for all actions taken by such agents and must ensure compliance with our Usage Policy.
• Integration Services: Third-party integrations and plugins must comply with our integration guidelines and security requirements.

Enhanced Security Requirements

Given the nature of system administration services:

• You must implement appropriate access controls and monitoring for accounts with SSH access
• You should regularly review and audit system actions performed through our Services
• You must promptly notify us of any security incidents or unauthorized access
• You should maintain backups and disaster recovery plans independent of our Services

Service Monitoring and Enforcement

Our Safeguards Team implements detection and monitoring to enforce our Usage Policy. If we learn that you have violated our Usage Policy, we may throttle, suspend, or terminate your access to our Services. We may also block or modify outputs when inputs violate our Usage Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
